In summary, the location is excellent, meets all needs and is truly great value for money.

Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is excellent. Far from the noise and hustle and bustle but within a 50 meter walk you are in the center of things. The place is clean and tidy and the breakfast is reasonable.

Cons: The furniture is a bit outdated, the breakfast is a bit sparse.

Thank gawd for their service staff who were good. Otherwise the hotel needs better maintenance.

Pros: The location was convenient and the microwave in the room was a plus.

Cons: The hot water in the shower don’t work well at all. I barely had a warm shower. We had to change rooms cause our AC didn’t work well and heaters also didn’t work well.

Pros: The staff were kind and helpful, special thanks to Grace for the room upgrade. The hotel was very clean and offered excellent value for money. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. The location is a big plus: a quiet side street, yet very close to the Skytrain and metro, which made getting around the city easy and convenient. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thailand.

Overall nice place, bit pricey, I guess it was time we were travelling more than anything. Overall happy with the stay.

Pros: Small boutique style hotel with 24/7 access. Felt safe and secure.

Cons: Cleaners need to have more attention to details as they didn’t pick up all the rubbish and didn’t replace towels.

Pros: Given the central location, the hotel was super quiet, and the staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was great, lots of variety, fresh and different everyday. Cleanliness was good, as were the facilities. Overall, one of the best hotels I have used so far and I have been coming to Bangkok for many years.

Cons: Only negative, and it is a small one is that the television has no movie channels, would have been nice to have at least 1 movie channel.
