Nice place to stay

Pros: We liked everything. The location was great, near BTS and river so you could reach any destination easily. We appreciate the cleanliness. Even though we asked for room service only once, the room was cleaned and tidied every day. The stuff was attentive and really helpful. We needed to book extra luggage for flight to Krabi and couldn't do with our credit card so they helped us and did it with Thai card. Definitely will come again here, good value for money.

Excellent value and extremely happy with our stay

Pros: Easy check in and very helpful reception staff. Rooms were basic but very clean. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Asking for 300 Baht deposit for the key card. Seemed excessive

A great place to stay.

Pros: The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the action. The rooms were very nice and clean and the facilities all worked well. The staff are polite and attentive. Overall great stay!

What a gem!

Pros: Perfectly placed for exploring Bangkok. Nearby Sathon Pier for boat trips on the river, also the BTS train station only short walk away. Fabulous food by lots of local restaurants and food markets within 5 minutes walk.

Pros: Room and bed was comfy and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good with a mall nearby and food options. Pool and deckchairs on the roof offered some respite from the city.

Cons: Location is not on the main train line so getting around by public transport can take more time than I'd like. There was not water dispensers available ( i try not to use bottled water so this took away points for me)

Pros: The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and features a large swimming pool, very friendly service, and a delicious breakfast buffet. The location is also excellent, close to various attractions but a bit off the beaten track, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Cons: the only downside was my stay in this hotel which was definitely too short

Amazing stay

Pros: The staff was very helpful. During the last day of my trip. I had lost my phone and the staff was so supportive to let me use their office phone to whatsapp my friends to book cabs and all. I am truly grateful to their willingness to provide help. They gave me food coupons to as I had to rebook a room for one more night.
