Pros: Excellent staffs service, staff were polite and helpful, rooms are well cleaned daily by the housekeeping staffs Overall standard are great and I would highly use this hotel service again if I ever visit Bangkok again, A big thumbs up for the whole naga residence staffs and hopefully they will maintain their high standard of customer serviced and cleanliness in the hotel

Perfect clean hotel for a very good price.

Pros: It’s clean and comfortable and close to the riverside. It’s 15 minute walk to Sathorn Pier from where you can hop on the riverboats. Staff is friendly.

Cons: Everything was fine but if I have to mention one thing. The sound insulation of the room could be better.

Nice for a couple of nights stop over but would stay longer

Pros: Nice clean and well maintained only stayed for one night but booked for two as had an earlier flight booked for the next day so was nice to have a base for the day

Cons: Shower was very underwhelming but worked.
