Amazing stay!

Pros: Really nice rooms with lots of space in the king suite, very nice pool with scenic views, great location close to many shops and good distance from shopping malls etc

Cons: Bed could be comfier

Cons: Rooftop pool glass needs a clean. When you are in the water it’s hard to see the city through the glass.

Unbelievably comfortable hotel with lovely staff

Pros: The hotel was unreal. We got a free room upgrade and it was so big. The facilities were great: tv had Netflix, huge bathroom, balcony, extremely comfy bed and the staff were amazing.

Cons: The living room AC stopped working and couldn’t be fixed, but they offered us to change rooms. The bedroom AC was quite loud and cold.

Well looked after and comfortable

Pros: A variety of items at breakfast. Only critique was that the pork and chicken sausages were next to each other. So it raises the question of guests using same utensils to pick up either. Otherwise good quality, halal options and great variety to cater for everyone.

Cons: The lifts took too long :)

Pros: This was a new property and the staff - all team members were amazing and went all the way to meet our requests and expectations. The front office team, Concierge, bellmen, housekeeping, the F&B team at breakfast really meant hospitality first. We missed selecting the breakfast inclusive option during booking, but the hotel team was very kind to include that for both our rooms as a complementary. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and practical. The bed and pillows were just to our liking. The Pool on the rooftop and the view was amazing. Will surely book this hotel for our next stay in Bangkok.

Cons: Location of the Hotel. Though not a disadvantage, but slightly away from the Sukhumvit road, with not much shops around in walking distance. Excellent for visitors to the QNCC. The MRT is just few metres away which makes it up.

Amazing view and comfortable place

Pros: Our stay was for two nights was really good overall ! Is very well located if you’re moving in bolt or grab. The view in the rooftop is magnificent and you should visit the bar is very nice with a speakeasy vibe !! The hosts were very nice and kind.

Cons: Some areas were smelling very strong and not pleasant. We were two people in the room and just one key was provided. The same key we had to leave it on the energy saver switch and was complicated if one of us wanted to go out.

Cons: Wasn’t told only two out in f 3 lift were for me other lift was for people who lived there spent ages trying to get lift working and didn’t realise it was only for residents
