Pros: ...... from now on its this Marriott Hotel my favorit Hotel in Bangkok. From the beautiful room to the nice in room kitchen and the great bathtub to tha staff, everything was puuuurfect.

Cons: Breakfast room could be in a nicer, less crowdet place. And the Bon Voy App should be as easy as the booking.com App

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and truly reflected genuine Thai hospitality. My room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was very practical and easy to use, fresh water was provided every day, and having a washing machine with a dryer function was especially convenient. Breakfast was generous, with a wide selection of Asian dishes. The gym was also well equipped with several types of machines. I would also like to highlight the Dancing Fingers massage salon located on the 3rd floor of the hotel. It offers a truly special and unique repertoire of treatments. I visited every day, as I tried several other places, but the level of professionalism and the distinctive style I experienced there were exceptional. The massage felt like healing for the body, mind, and soul. Overall, it was a very comfortable and memorable experience.

Pros: The hotel it self looks fabulous and the staff at the door and in the restaurant were absolutely brilliant ,however quiet disappointed about the lady at the reception when we checked in that over charge me a large amount of money without even checking I already paid my booking online .Got the money eventually when my holiday was finish ,wich kind of impact the way I was planning my holiday .That was my biggest turn off ,the communication was unclear and she rushed me pretty fast in paying the overcharge amount of money after 12 hr flight.In the other hand the other manager that helped me to get my charge sorted was super nice and professional and really sorted me out so overall great stay and location except for this episode .

Pros: I love the convenience of the shuttle service to the BTS, the location was great, and travelling was very easy. i like the breakfast and how complete the kitchen was. Would defniately go back.

Cons: the tuk tuk shulter has a cause a minor injury for me (sitting at the back), trying to get down the tuk tuk was a bit dangerous and i sprained my hand while leaving the tuk tuk.

Premium rooms in a nice location.

Pros: Nice large clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Location was perfect. Breakfast selection was great. Room service was great as well.

Cons: The appliances were slightly dated, however they were good quality and well fitted.

Pros: Comfortable hotel with a good bed , shower and breakfast, staff are excellent.

Cons: The hotel seems to have smoke friendly rooms and I noticed the smell goes throughout the building.
