comfortable hotel with an excellent location

Pros: The hotel is located right in the city center and only a short walk from the BTS station, making it very convenient for getting around. All staff members were extremely friendly, helpful, and always made an effort to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was very well equipped and offered a beautiful view of the skyline. The pool is large and well maintained; however, it is mostly in the shade, which may be a small drawback for guests who prefer full sun. Overall, a very comfortable hotel with an excellent location and good service.

Cons: Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. It is advisable to avoid peak times, as the breakfast area can become quite crowded.

Prime location.

Pros: The price of this hotel is excellent considering its prime location. If you want to stay in the heart of the city, close to luxury shopping malls, this is a great choice. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to CentralWorld and just a couple of minutes from the BTS Skytrain, making it very easy to get around Bangkok. The rooms are spacious, which makes it a good option for families. The hotel also has solid facilities. While the property is a bit outdated, it still offers very good value for the price. Overall, I would recommend it especially for families looking for a central and convenient stay.

Cons: The breakfast was quite standard for a five-star hotel. It felt more like what you would expect from a three-star property. Fairly basic and not very memorable.

Pros: Nice spacious hotel, rich variety breakfast, nice staff, very comfortable beds, big bathroom

Cons: Minibar is very limited, just water and sweet soft drinks (Fanta etc.) and some chips and nuts, some beer and spirits (vodka, brandy, whiskey…) missing in the offer

Amazing value for money!

Pros: Very well located next to BTS and the mall area. Nice building and big rooms (we were at the residence). Room service takes care of dishes, which was a pleasant surprise indeed.

Cons: Air conditioning struggled a bit with humidity in our room, there were no de-humidifying options

Great value at a good location

Pros: We got an upgrade to an enormous suite. I knew there would be a washing machine and had planned on doing some washing, but it was also a dryer, very easy to figure out, AND they provided a detergent! Best experience with a hotel washing machine ever. The location was excellent, a few steps from the Erawan shrine, the hotel was surrounded by much more expensive hotels and good restaurants, so it provided an excellent value. All the staff were very polite and pleasant.

Cons: A minor detail, the corridors were very bare, they somehow reminded me of a hospital.

Perfect

Pros: This was my second time staying here and I absolutely love the hotel and its location. The suite was extremely spacious, with a kitchen, lounge and dressing room. The washer/dryer was amazing to have and worked extremely well. Location is just perfect for shopping, a short walk to everything and a short walk to the train stations for super easy to get to everything else. For me, this is definitely a five-star hotel. I definitely will be returning.

The perfect stay

Pros: This was my second time staying here and I would definitely return. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The washer and dryer was awesome to have and worked extremely well. As for the location, absolutely perfect for shopping and easy to walk to. An easy walk to the train stations. Truly, a stunning hotel.
