Comfortable hotel, love the rooftop! Great location

Pros: Great location, lovely hotel with good amenities. Value for money is great! Staff were very friendly. Really liked the rooftop area. Comfortable room.. will stay again!

Cons: Breakfast was limited for a vegan.. as it usually always is. So probably not worth paying for breakfast for a vegan, veggie options were pretty average.

Good stay, clean rooms and great extras

Pros: Upgrade of room, due to it not being ready on time and 1.5 hours later than agreed upon 14:00 arrival

Cons: The bathroom drains were blocked and kept blocking, however the team tried to fix this twice and were somewhat successful

Pros: all, spacious, clean rooms gorgeous breakfast from 6 to 11 am, very kind team, good advices ( like Grab app for best prices for Taxi), Nice roof rop swimming pool open until 10pm, excellent location close to DMK airport, chatuchak market for best shopping in Bangkok area, and 30 mn from Bangkok center ( grand palace). We will definitely come back here for our next stop in Bangkok.

Pros: Great location, amazing breakfast, kind staff, nice room with a comfy bed.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Pros: The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious. The staff members were all helpful. The breakfast was good: there was a lot of choice. We had free drinks as we didn’t ask for our sheets to be changed on a daily basis, which is better for the environment. The rooftop pool was lovely. The satellite tv worked out well.

Cons: The bathroom was in need of refurbishment as tiles were cracked and there were cracks in the sink etc. It’s quite a distance from the main attractions, but it sorted us as we wanted to be close to the train station.

Pros: Staff friendly and attentive. Room size good. Location good for exploring Bangkok. Rooftop swimming pool made it for us. Lovely size, clean and a good escape from the city. Amazing selection for breakfast!! Too much to choose from! Nice touch to offer welcome drinks & bonus drinks for environment friendly bedding options. The Camping ground about 200m away offers excellent variety of food for all tastes at a reasonableprice & appears to be open most of the time.

Cons: Beds/pillows not great but that's personal opinion. Our air conditioning was not working at all when we arrived. They immediately got someone to fix it, but woke in night to water all over floor. Again called for someone to fix & it took about an hour (at 2am!), and then water all over floor again in morning. The staff did fix it, but we would have preferred to get a different room (weren't offered this). Pictures on website a little deceiving, its not quite as clean as they make out... (rust marks around bathroom door etc), but perfectly acceptable for a couple of nights in Bangkok

Great location for chatachak market and sky train

Pros: Great location and great staff. Pool on roof is nice too

Pros: Amazing staff- always ready to help! Clean rooms, close to Chatuchak weekend market. Great breakfast . Many 7-11 close to this location.

Cons: Limited Veg/Vegan options. Pls check with staff for vegan options.

Large rooms and perfect amenities - pool was luscious!

Pros: Great hotel and excellent location - the breakfast had a great selection of food (buffet “all you can eat style” with both Asian and continental options). The room was enormous and had a small balcony. The pool was also amazing. Towels were provided in both the room and for use at the pool. There’s also a free shuttle bus to get to transport links. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Nice, clean, comfortable stay.

Pros: Rooftop pool wasn’t too busy and good place to relax. Breakfast was fresh and offered plenty of options.

Cons: Location was far away from metros and some of the main attractions, needed to get grabs
