Pros: The staff were fantastic, always friendly, polite and helpful. The room was great, and well cleaned everyday. And the breakfast was very nice too.

Cons: Nothing serious, only very minor and picky things. I felt the pool area could do with more seating/sun loungers.

Pros: Great location with a nice pool. Breakfast was variable and good. The bed was fantastic. Very helpful att attentive Concierge !

Cons: Had some payment issues at departure. It was solved but only because I paid attention to some errors in the payment processing.

Came to Bangkog for first time and this hotel was the right choice!

Pros: Super Location! Close to skytrain, many shops/bars/restaurants around, 7/11, beautiful rooftops just 1 Train station away! Busy area, but very safe. Stay in the hotel was great as well! Fullfilling breakfast, Continental & Asian. Clean, room full of small bits that you might need when you land. Concierge will help you with booking trips, taxis, recommendation for anything….- Would come back!

Cons: Has a rooftop bar , first night when we came - it was so dead that they decided to close early. Next night - was closed. Shame…(we might just picked the wrong night)
