Pros: The hotel is nice, very clean and in a great location for the train to get around Bangkok, for the Art and Culture Centre and for shops, restaurants and supermarket. The staff here are really the star of the show though - can’t do enough for you, really lovely!

Lovely welcome and good rooms

Pros: Nice pool and decor. Good welcome and helpful staff. Rooms were large and clean with good shower and Japanese toilet. Made new bar reasonable price

Cons: So noisy especially around the pool. Not enough loungers for guests and no where to sit and relax with a drink at night

Fab pool , great place and friendly staff.

Pros: We arrived at the hotel very early and were greeted by a very friendly doorman and gentleman on reception. As we were early they allowed us to get changed and put our luggage safe. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was fab and the complimentary appetisers were amazing. All in all a great experience. Would definitely stay here again when revisiting Bangkok. Thank you!

Pros: Everything was immaculate, the staff were super attentive but not in your face, food and drink service was great and reasonably priced. Would definitely book again if coming to BKK.

Cons: Nothing really…. If anything, maybe the hairdryer as it didn’t get very hot….
