Comfortable apartment in a convenient location

Pros: Great location close to shopping malls, food options, public transport. The apartment was well equipped for short stays.

Cons: The furniture in the kitchen could have been cleaner. Internet was very slow and disconnected often.

A comfortable, luxurious room close to everything you need to see Bangkok. Highly recommended.

Pros: Connected to LiT Bangkok Hotel. The residence felt luxurious and was completed to a high standard. Central to BTS and the MBK Center. We love this place.

Pros: LIT Residence has been our default accommodation each time we visit Bangkok. It’s clean, cosy and well maintained. Bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well throughout our trip. Conveniently located and a short 5 mins brings you to MBK centre. Siam paragon is within 15 mins walk. Washing machine works well too! Thank you LIT team for the warm smiles and hospitality as always!

Pros: I stayed at this residence over two periods (in Dec 2025 and Jan 20206). The location of this residence and staff are the best!

Still my only choice when staying in Bangkok!

Pros: This is the second time I have stayed at this residence in 2025. The service by the staff was top-notched (from reception, to bellhops, to the housekeeper) and location is unbeatable!

Cons: I specially booked a deluxe suite this round but found that it seemed smaller than the superior suite. I am not sure if it is the room layout or otherwise, but the deluxe room did not wow me like the superior room though I definitely would prefer a quiet room away from the construction noises which was arranged for this trip.

Urban convenience

Pros: Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Hotel is practically on top of MBK Mall and the BTS station, so getting around town is easy. It is nice and quiet at night. Suite was large! Washer/dryer was great, little balcony a nice addition. Big king bed very comfy. Pools looked nice, but we didnt use them.

Cons: Other than the mall and train station, not much to do. A McDonalds nearby and a few small private eateries. Very urban with tons of traffic just a few steps away down the alley. The Sip & Drip coffee shop nearby was run by a lovely lady.
