Entrance only via underground car park. Room was OK.

Pros: Room was efficient. AC worked fine. View of some reality living situation by the canal. We actually smiled at the fact that there was a washing machine outside on the balcony, and will remember it for a long time. Haven't used it, though :)

Bed was so comfortable, staff were lovely and room was very clean

Pros: The check in staff were so helpful and lovely - arranged a cab for us to the airport at the end of our stay. The bed was so comfortable and all rooms nice and clean. Location was the only thing that let it down slightly for us, it is a little out of the city centre and not too close to a train station. It wasn’t the end of the world though.

A pleasant stay, staff very friendly.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was really good with some exceptions ... See below. The daytime Tuk tuk service to the BRT was great. There are lots of Marts close by and a really excellent supermarket within walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked and all the equipment worked well. The washing machine worked really well although it was quite noisy on the spin cycle and needs balancing.

Cons: The little lane to access the hotel is narrow and can be quite challenging. The space around the pool is limited so it is not easy to just relax by the pool. The room itself is fine but it could do with some extra decoration ... Pictures, cushions. Lighting in the bathroom was poor.

Pros: I really loved the homey atmosphere of the room setting. Very spacious and clean. The staff were so kind and helpful. Appropriate for long term stay. I wish I had more time to enjoy the pool.
