Beautiful birthday treat

Pros: Such a gorgeous stay! I booked as a special treat for my birthday and had the most amazing time. Beautiful facilities, exceptional breakfast, and views to die for. I can’t recommend more highly, I was taken so well care of by the staff too! A beautiful luxury stay in a great location. Really recommend if you want to book something special, and to make use of the on site onsen!

A very comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

Pros: If you have to visit this area this hotel is excellent value for money. Staff were so helpful on all accounts. I didn’t have the breakfast included in my package but they have a very nice restaurant on the lobby floor of the hotel where you can get food any time at a reasonable price. Rooms were spacious very clean and quite modern. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Fabulous and you won’t be disappointed with your choice but if you want to be in the centre of the main attractions like

Pros: Amazing facilities -. The hotel also provides a shuttle to the nearest BST …… or it’s a 10 minute walk. Good breakfast and so much choice .

Cons: There is nothing not to like about this hotel also.

Great hotel, would definitely stay again!

Pros: Fantastic location, great spa and very clean rooms. Loved staying at this property and will do so again. I also was getting surgery and they accommodated all my request and made my stay way easier.

Cons: Room service menu was lacking.
