Pros: The staff. They were so nice and very helpful. The minimalistic design and well designed rooms. Extremely clean. Took me a while to get used to fully glassed toilet and shower. But it kind of worked out nicely.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Location was nice but not that many restaurants open in the evening very close to the hotel. I however prefer peaceful location over crowds, so hotel choice was good. They had also nice breakfast and room was clean. Special thanks to young female receptionist with helping with stucked safety box.

Cons: This is not maybe hotel's fault but I assumed breakfast is included into price when I booked and it wasn't included.

Good hotel, price, food and customer service!

Pros: We love all. So good customer service. This was the only hotel which read our request. I told them that it was our honeymoon and they made our last day so special. It was not the room decorated but when we were making time to go to the airport, the manager came to us and gave us a wee note and local sweets from Bangkok. This made our day as we were stayed in a couple hotels before this one and this was the only hotel who remember to make our stay special. We had a free drink too! We love to stay here. We 100% recommend to everyone! We had a really good sleep as it was quiet. Food was really good too. Good price on their food and drink too. Thanks team to make our beautiful stay!

Pros: The location if the hotel, the kindness and friendliness of all the staff. the recommendation given by the hotel staff for massage and thai restaurant were both excellent.

Cons: It was the hottest month to be in Bangkok in April.
