K Maison Boutique Hotel

Amazing

Pros: We were really satisfied with the 4 night stay in the hotel. It was incredible, specially the staff, they allowed the stay as earliest possible and were working so cooperatively with us. The hotel was really excellent as well. So impressive.

Cons: NA

Lovely hotel, quiet, as in a side street, but with good access to local facilities and transport to major attractions.

Pros: Nice clean, bright room, excellent bathroom and facilities. Compact, but well organised use of space.

Cons: All good , could have a chair on the balcony

Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and whoever cleaned it daily did a great job, The bed was nice and hard, just how we like it. The breakfasts at the restaurant across the alley were very tasty and there was a wide variety of drinks and dishes to choose from. There was some distant car noise from the main street, but we could not hear anyone from the neighbouring rooms, so the constant noise was not bad at all - the only real issue was how loud the running water from other rooms was.

Cons: The water pressure was low and the water was not as hot as we wish it were. The AC was very loud, I can't imagine sleeping with it on. The last complaint is the noise from the water pipes - every now aand then you could hear a small waterfall when someone used water in one of the other rooms, it wasn't a constant noise, so it was only mildly annoying.

Amazing!

Pros: Perfect location, skyline and bust stop close by. The staff is really nice, the rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast is well organized in a structure in front of the hotel where you can order from a selected menu.

Pros: The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.

Cons: The is no shelves in the room and the bathroom door are positioned in a such a way that if not closed people can see inside

Good value for money. Quite clean and confortable.

Pros: Location was excellent for us and the breakfast although served just across the road in a cafe was very good.

Clean and Convenient

Pros: Comfortable stay for 2 people. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Walking distance to closest subway stations and local shopping centre. Some nice street food places and restaurants closeby to hotel.

Cons: Rooms are small but okay for 2 people, but would not recommend if you want to add extra bed. With extra bed it was super cramped. There was no where to put luggage. We also thought the rooms felt wet and humid even with aircon on. We would also recommend, if catering for international guests, to have staff with basic English skills at reception. Whilst the staff were quite friendly, it was challenging at time to communicate basic things with some.

Comfortable Stay in the Heart of the City

Pros: It's literally in the middle of everything, getting to the hotel by cab is easier. You need to walk a bit from the metro station. I didn't opt for any breakfast so can't comment on it, but the room was WOW. The ambience of the whole place, from the time you walk in till you reach your room, it feels like you're in a nice place. Cleanliness, yes! The place was clean, the rooms were tidy, and the bathroom well-kept too. All basic amenities were provided. I was quite impressed with this place, even though I just stayed there for a few hours as I had a flight to catch the next day. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Nothing, it was great.

Pros: It's very comfortable and considered spacious for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there. Around that area, there are quite a few cafes and massage shops. There are two 7-11 shops nearby within 3 minutes walking distance.

Cons: It's about 10-15 minutes walking distance to the closest BTS station. About 15-20 minutes walk to Pratunam area or Platinum mall.

Great boutique hotel in a quiet but safe alley

Pros: Front desk Kwan was so welcoming and professional in her services rendered

Cons: I was fined 100baht for losing a plastic baggage tag. The water pressure was weak for rain shower. The sink tap placement is too short resulting in water spilling over the floor.
