We couldn’t fault the staff , they were wonderful and always ready to help us with any problems.

Pros: Good breakfast, would have been nice to have some bacon , mushrooms etc . Good size rooms and we appreciated the cleaning every day . The staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly.

Cons: The room needs some small renovations, especially in the bathroom.

Pros: Great location - easy to get anywhere, and a lovely park opposite. Really comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Staff were really friendly and welcoming and were really helpful, good location surrounded with tons of things to do and easy for transport with victory monument/BTS station just 5mins walk away.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with helpful staff

Pros: Very clean hotel, haven't seen any dirt or a single insect in the room. Really friendly, caring and helpful staff that always greets you when passing by the reception. The room has everything necessary for a comfortable stay like a blow dryer, coffee, water boiler, minibar etc. The hotel staff safely stores your luggage in the lobby if needed, even long after check-out. Would definitely recommend and book here again!

Cons: At times it was a little loud because there is some kind of streetfood market nearby and people there constantly play loud music. However, the hotel is not responsible for that and the market isn't run every day as it seems. It may also be quieter depending on in which room you reside.

Good clean comfortable hotel in a nice, quiet location.

Pros: The room was very comfortable. Nice bed. Everything was clean and worked. View was of the building next door but that's pretty usual in Bangkok. There was no construction that I could hear - other reviews say there were but it was very quiet. Good location. Easy to walk to Skytrain. Direct line to the main shopping malls and to Chatuchak. Staff were friendly. No complaints.
