Nice comfortable stay

Pros: Parking area for taxi is convenient. Lobby is nice. Room was very nice,large and clean.

Very enjoyable & happy to return

Pros: The staff - were amazing everyone was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for Chinatown

Cons: Parking was a little awkward. Would have been nice to have some prior knowledge of where to go.

Pros: Staff were amazing, room was great and pool area was great. There are 24 hour washing machines in the pool area which was great.

Cons: Breakfast was nice but food from room service wasn't great, ended up not finishing it. Room had adjoining door so I could hear the TV from the guest next door on the last night. Reception did provide ear plugs which was appreciated.

Well located property for exploring Chinatown

Pros: Great location, warm welcoming team. We were upgraded to a larger family suite which was so incredibly large. Great beds and bedding. Large pool area and great location

Cons: Nothing. Its not as new as other Quarter properties we have stayed in but it was very comfortable and we would return.

Fantastic stay

Pros: The hotel room was very big and clean, and really good facilities. It's a stones throw from China town which is fantastic, so we would stay here again 100%.

Pros: Great location next to the subway and in nice living neighbourhood. Decent hotel gym.

Cons: Very bouncy bed. My partner and I woke involuntarily up each other several times every night as soon as someone turned in the king sized bed. Limited options for vegetarians at the breakfast buffet.
