Pros: The Lake Silk Hanoi boutique Hotel, is very well located accommodation. Rooms are big, clean and well furnished. Miss Serena, the manager, is the biggest added value to this accommodation. She welcomed us with a big genuine smile and offered tea and fruit. She is super kind, patient and professional. She gave us the best tips, support for booking excursions. I really loved her attitude and empathy. I’ll definitely come back, highly recommended.

Pros: Excellent value for money. Clean and spacious room, very comfortable. Staff were helpful and professional. Location in Sathorn district is very handy and just a 5 minute walk to Lumphini MRT station. Highly recommend!

Overall, a pleasant stay offering comfort, cleanliness, and great value.

Pros: The room is clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are friendly, and it offers great value for the price. My room also had a view of a large tree, which I liked the most.

Cons: The hotel is approximately 350 meters from a 7-Eleven; the walk can be slightly long at night.

Cons: It's a little far from the nearest Lumpini station. It didn't rain this time, but it would be a pain if it did.

Spacious hotel in quite area.

Pros: The hotel is very clean and spacious. Located in quiet area so you can have comfortable night sleep. The hotel related to some kind of church or Christian organization but not really an issue. The location however a little bit far from the nearest train station and you need to walk 10-20 minutes to reach Si Lom area. Or you can use Grab Bike which is super cheap. No issues with the hotel just the location not that near to everything. Nearest 7 eleven also almost 7-8 minutes walking.

Pros: The room was well equipped and clean. The staff were also nice.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was some construction work going on one night, and there were cleaning people banging on the doors in the corridor, so I couldn't rest.
