Best for View and rooms

Pros: The view ++ The design & size of the rooms (black out windows, modern toilets…) very recent The best coconuts Ive ever had The service is great

Cons: Breakfast : there should be more meat options (beef, chicken especially in the dumplings); more fruit options (jackfruit, mangos) The wardrobe could have been better if we could close it and not have everything visible Service is almost a bit too attentive (staff removed plates too quickly)

Really Recommend

Pros: What I like about the hotel is the view from the room, the service, and breakfasts that are truly worth recommending. Additionally, there is very easy access to the shops in the shopping mall, which is directly connected to the hotel.

Pros: Pavillion was disappointing. Food was average and quite expensive. However breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel, our favourite in Bangkok (probably in Thailand)

Pros: Fab room with floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the park from the 2st floor. All the facilities were excellent. Great pool and fine gym. Good resaurants as well, including a Michelin place that served really good food and where the staff was friendly and helpful and not 'precious' like so many of these kind of places.

Wonderful day staying there!

Pros: Outstanding hotel with first class service and facilities

Pros: Spectacular hotel right on Lumphini park, superbly connected with the rest of the city with stunning views and also adjacent to the newest and best mall in town which then links to the underground and skytrain networks

Pros: Great view over the park, a modern 5 star hotel, next to a good shopping centre.

Cons: You can’t use APPLE PAY to register your credit card All the salt cellars are either empty or don’t work in the breakfast room Hot water takes awhile to come thru in the shower.

Good stay, very good location

Pros: The location, with the new mall just nearby, and the view of the park

Cons: The water quality of the shower was bad, we had many skins problems everytime we showered

Impeccable hotel and club room well worth the upgrade

Pros: It was impeccable from the moment we arrived. We had upgraded to a club room which was well worth the investment had use of a lounge on the 39th floor serving all sorts of amazing complimentary drinks and snacks or even meals. We were blown away by it. The breakfast was outstanding. The pool was just stunning. The gym was perfect. The rooms were gorgeous with incredible views out over the Central Park and the staff couldn’t do more

Cons: Nothing we absolutely loved it
