Strongly recommend

Pros: This is my second time staying at the hotel. I like it a lot. Good location. Room is clean and cozy. Nice amenities. The breakfast buffet station is a bit small, but the quality of the offerings is very high (fresh and tasty). Complementing this is a thoughtfully curated à la carte menu with a variety of selections.

Service beyond compare

Pros: The Breakfast, The Grill restaurant, the size of the rooms, the Bathroom layout.

Cons: The approach to the hotel was a little cumbersome.. we had to change 2 lifts and walk through a mall every single time.

Pros: The service was excellent. The staffs were attentive, clean n prompt. Everyone is happy with their job n role. Since l spend alot of time shopping in Siam Paragon, Central World n Terminal21 the hotel is just 2 stns away. So convenient. As for the massage at Panpuri it was outstanding. Abit expensive but the quality is high.

Cons: I felt the room was too pricey if compare to St Regis n Ritz Carlton which is a short distance away. Nevertheless l m very happy with my suite but still think its overprice.

Pros: Quite modern and everything a 5* Hotel should offer

Cons: We were a bit off from some of the sights especially during rush hour it took very long to get back and forth

Pros: Convenient location upstairs of central embassy and central chiplom, downstairs has eathai which is essentially a Thai supermarket which also has clean street food style kiosks. The toiletries were great, the service was phenomenal.

Impeccable and relaxing stay in the middle of busy Bangkok

Pros: One of the most amazing experienced I have had in a hotel. The hotel itself is a design masterpiece, the wooden walls and curved lines make you feel like you just stepped into a natural oasis in the middle of the busy Bangkok. The pool, its garden and the view is perfectly designed to match the solar aesthetics. The staff was impeccable, and it just felt as if you were at home. The gym is extremely well equipped and again it has a wonderful view! The breakfast was simply divine, and the breakfast restaurant was designed in such a way that you never wanted to leave. Really an architectural marvel. Bonus: we got a beautiful upgrade to a corner room, request it as the view is worth it!
