Pros: Everything was super good. Staff are very friendly. Attends to the matters ASAP. Location is convenient and can access to bts within 5to10 min walk.

Good central location and really modern. Just bring ear plugs if sensitive to noise

Pros: Free upgrade to a nicer room Room really modern and comfortable

Cons: States soundproof rooms however on the night we were staying there was a really loud live music happening somewhere outside so we struggled to sleep.

Very nice stay near everything you can think of.

Pros: The hotel is very close to BTS and is walking distance to restaurants or shops. All staff are very helpful and very friendly. They really tried their best to help us in all our questions. I will recommend VIX hotel to my friends. :)

Comfortable and cool accommodation

Pros: Good location near rail link to airport. Quiet air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of food options nearby. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Victory Park.

Cons: A fire alarm rang for a short time during the night which disrupted our sleep.

Pros: Very close to BTS station, easy to access from the sky walk to the mall. Surround by street food, restaurants, shops and malls

Pros: The Hotel is located near the BTS, local restaurants, 7/11 and the staff are very enthusiastic, friendly. The room is a little bit small but enough. I will choose a hotel again when I come back to Thailand.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at VIX Hotel

Pros: The location of the hotel is good - walking distance to a lot of stores, BTS. The bed was comfy The hotel staff addressed our concerns promptly - the shower drain was slow draining, we requested for it to be cleaned

Cons: Wifi was not the greatest, it was really slow and we did not get good connection. It kept disconnecting a lot
