Pros: The rooms were good and clean.The communication with staff is poor. No proper utensils to cook. The micro oven was out of order. The area was very good with lots of food 7/11 and tops are near by. Over all it was a nice place.

Large, spacious and very peaceful
Pros: Very large room, the ceilings are so tall which made it feel so spacious. Large bed, and a TV with Netflix (although we couldn’t work it) Bathrooms are very clean, we were only there 2 nights and saw a cleaner more than twice. Free coffee downstairs Washing machine is only 50baht to use - very cheap Ping pong table and outdoor area is a great touch 7 eleven less than 2 mins away - other convenience stores nearby too 7min walk to victory monument bus stops, which is great as the buses lead to everywhere in the city
Cons: Bed is quite hard, not that comfortable Location isn’t good for bars or food, there isn’t much going on. But it means you get a peaceful nights sleep

Lovely large common area
Pros: Whilst a bit awkward to get to, the large lounge area is great with sofas and chairs, a table tennis & Football table and board games, there is also a TV. A seating area outside for the smokers. Kitchen has free hot chocolate and tea, kettle and microwave. Washing machine for 50 baht Loads of street food right outside
Cons: Whilst the cleaner kept the stairs and common area clean, the shower area was not cleared of empty shampoo bottles and an old plaster on the floor.for the 2 days I was there

Pros: El alojamiento era excepcional, muy buenas instalaciones, un porche fuera y un hall enorme interior como zona común muy cómodos. La ubicación nos gustó mucho porque era todo gente local, con 7-eleven en frente y muchis puestos de comida y mercado local. Si buscas estar alejado de las zonas turísticas este es tu sitio.
Cons: En caso de movilidad reducida hay bastantes escaleras, a lo mejor no es el mejor alojamiento para este caso. Los host no hablan mucho inglés pero nos hemos podido comunicar sin problema.

Belle découverte
Pros: Très, très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Endroit très propre, bravo au personnel de ménage ! L’endroit est vraiment clean, tout est à proximité (7-Eleven, banque…). Très bonne isolation des chambres (ce qui est souvent la bête noire de certains endroits) : nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié !

Pros: Najładniejszy nocleg w okolicy. Było czysto, domowy klimat, dużo turystów z Europy. Ciepła woda, duży pokój, klimatyzacja działała, dobra baza wypadowa - dalej od centrum ale wszędzie są taksówki i blisko stacja pociągu, która wiezie bezpośrednio na lotnisko
Cons: Personel słabo mówi po angielsku ale szło się dogadać, pod prysznicem trochę brudno
