Great stay

Pros: Room was nice. Rooftop pool has great view and open late which was really helpful in hot weather. Located well to the ferry root for first time visitors to Bangkok. Close to khoa San but didn't get noise from it.

Cons: Strong sewage smell outside hotel but doesn't impact inside much (maybe need a diffuser in lobby).

Great stay at the Chillax resort

Pros: It’s in a great location, great value for money and staff are super helpful and friendly.

Pros: Made to feel very welcome & let me check in 20 mins early, thank you 😊 The pool on the roof is heaven, with comfy sun beds. Very helpful concierge, helped me book airport taxi, only 500B.

Cons: The bed was little hard, the pillows were good but the air-conditioning was ok, not the best as noisy for cooler temps.

Pros: We arrived very early in the morning and although the hotel was fully booked and super busy they still managed to give us an earlier check in than 2pm which we were very happy about! Rooms are great and cleaned daily... the area is perfect as there are heaps of great cafes and restaurants all within 5 mins walk. We will definitely stay at the Chillax Resort again.

Pros: Pleasant hotel, near the water tram stop, ni ce pool on the roof and spacious room

Cons: Unfortunately the staff not very helpful- at least one od the ladies ☹️ Our flight was delayed few hours, instead of coming to the hotel in the evening, we reached it in the morning next day. I wrote to hotel to let them know, asked for a late breakfast (which we had booked with the room). We came just before 11 a.m., exhausted, the breakfast was served till 10:30 and the lady at check-in didn't even try to help us, not even cup of coffee...☹️ It's the first time I had such unpleasant experience.

Excellent value for money

Pros: Well equipped room , very clean and comfortable. The spa bath was amazingly huge and both of us could sit side by side in it enjoying a glass of wine . The swimming pool on the 6th floor had a lift to access it and a gymnasium next to it which my partner used every day. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of choices from continental to full English, pastries, yoghurt, fruit, cereals, boiled eggs cooked to your preference, and also Thai specialities like Tom yum soup and stir fry pork. So something for everyone. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The man who is there every day to book your taxi back to the airport was lovely. The hotel is well situated for walking to little bars and eateries all of which are cheap and the food is really good. There is also a vegetarian/vegan place 2 minutes walk away from the front door. Khaosan road with its shops and busy nightlife is a 10 minute walk and the bars along the river are also 10 mins away.

Cons: Nothing . I will be returning in the future.

I’m planning on going to Thailand again next year and will probably stay a few extra days here

Pros: It is a chilled place. The staff are very professional and friendly . Rooftop bar was lovely. Also the curtains are great. No light coming in early morning

Pros: Great location, lovely staff and a very comfortable bed

Cons: Minor dislike is the lack of a solid separation between bedroom and the bathroom, currently a curtain.

Good location, great rooms

Pros: The hotel is located at walking distance from the main historical centre. Room are clean and comfortable, the staff really helpful. Very good the breakfast

Pros: The location was excellent, the pillows on the bed were fab, the pool at the end of a hot day good, staff were lovely and helpful, the area had good selection of restaurants and bars.breakfast good air con good. Would i stay here again yes I would 😊

Cons: The bed was quite hard which is just a preference for me really, the bathroom a little bit dated and the balcony was looking out over not the greatest view however for the money it was good. Tv didn't work it wasn't a smart TV and there were j9 channels however not really bothered some people would be so wanted to write an honest review.
