Great service, good location.

Pros: The location was pretty good, about 15 minutes walk to the Old Town proper. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The room was big and comfortable though the bed was quite hard. As previous reviews have said the furniture is a little dated, but that is a minor thing.

Cons: The room was generally clean but the was a little lack of attention on some areas in the room. Especially the parts of the bathroom you could see when sitting on the lavatory. Whilst NOT part of the hotel I would advise against using the tour operator outside the lobby. We had a bad experience with them and you are better off using Booking.com or Get Your Guide for tours.

Pros: Great and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Swimming pool and gym excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Very comfortable with great on site facilities. The staff were lovely and always smiling and happy to help.

Cons: Pretty much 30mins to an hour to most attractions due to city traffic and road works

Comfortable short stay accommodation within walking distance of China Town

Pros: Good size room with balcony. Staff were very helpful

Cons: Decor was a little dated, but still clean and well kept.

Pros: I liked the size of the family room and the balcony.

Cons: There was lot of dust under the beds - since i travelled with kids, their toys rolled under the bed and i had to reach for the amd ot was really dusty.
