Pros: Si was most helpful and friendly. He had produced a good list of nearby places in a WhatsApp post.

Cons: The unfortunate smelly canal outside the entrance to the hotel.

Pros: I arrived after a very long journey and The Kite Hotel was exactly what I needed. It was quiet, calm and peaceful. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern and so comfortable. The staff, especially Si were so helpful, polite and professional. He even helped me in a difficult situation on my last day when my taxi didn't come and I was running late for my bus, he really went above and beyond to help me and I was so grateful. I highly recommend this hotel and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
