Wonderful. It’s our second home

Pros: Everything was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. I enjoyed the cheese omelette with bacon that was offered.

Cons: The pool opens too late and finishes too early. ( 10pm to 6pm) I would have liked to have breakfast and swim early.

If luxury is required spending less money, yet you want to stay in a good location, this is place

Pros: Location was superb, near to busy shopping malls like Siam Center, Siam Paragon. Pratunam Market is almost walking distance, if you like to have Indian Food, there are 4-5 Indian food joints on the opposite pavement. Staffs were very cooperative. Wifi was quite strong, View from the upper floors was awesome showing Bangkok Skyline, even from bathtub you get a skyline view

Cons: Looks like once it used to be a 5 star hotel and now it's become a little bit downgraded from all aspects, The overall maintenance as per 5 star standards, should have been done better. Breakfast room was too loud, breakfast spread was not as per standards.

Pros: Everything. Nice hospitality. Excellent staff. Very good Morning spread of Breakfast. Value for money fine comfortable stay you can expect with excellent view. Keep it up.

Everything was quite good

Pros: Everything was quite good except its washroom as there was no jet spray just a toilet paper kept inside. Basically it should be there both the options in the toilet. Rest is okay in terms of its services, rooms, restaurant and the location.

Great. Will come back. Will always ask for quiet floor.

Pros: I liked the Pratunam location , and walk to airport link . The doorman that welcomes you in the foyer is wonderful. He offered us rest in the conference room as it was too early to check in .

Cons: Both times, the toilet bowl in lied to keep on with the running water .
