Short BKK retreat

Pros: The location is awesome, the hotel is located just 5 mins or maybe less from the Emsphere side entrance. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel room is so spacious and comfy, and the bed is so nice to sleep on. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons: For someone who is typically mindful about walking past some massage parlours, this hotel might not be the 1st choice for you. It will be a very happening street when come to nighttime. However, I don't see this as an issue.

Pros: Internet speed, Hotel was very clean, 24 hours restaurant just out side, Tremendous Breakfast with plenty of choices

Cons: Check-in was slow, Receptionist was not understanding good in English

Pros: The hotel was excellent, very clean and the bed in my room was unreal, best bed ive ever slept in when staying at a hotel. The hotel is in a good location, pool area is great and gym is also good. Staff very good and proffessional. The breakfast was also very good.

Pros: Downstairs in the lobby there was a pool table, bean bag game, and darts. The swimming pool area was great and very nice to sit in during the evening. However, the kids said the water was cold and dirty, which is the only downside I can mention in this review.

Pros: Good breakfast. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly. The staff at the bell desk was very helpful.

Cons: The lobby is too small and clustered. The Deluxe Premier room doesn't feel deluxe or premier, the room size is way too small.

Pros: Clean. Comfortable beds. Very helpful and courteous reception staff and porters. My second time staying in this hotel.

Cons: Even though I stayed for only two nights this time round, the housekeeper did not replenish the toiletries like tooth brush, tooth paste, cotton buds.

Will come back / one of the best breakfasts in town!

Pros: The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had! Definitely the best way to start your day in Bangkok. Every staff member was very kind and supportive. I had to change the room and the whole process took around 4 minutes! This was outstanding! They are doing great!

Cons: It's pretty hard to find something negative because the stay was so nice! I'd maybe take care of the elevator air-temperature, the screen there is (in my opinion) not needed and causes a significant rise of the surrounding temperature. Thanks
