Pros: The staffs are really friendly and helpful. When I had a problem with AC, they tried to help the solve the problem as soon as possible.

Cons: The ACs from standard rooms need to do servicing regularly.

Comfortable beds and good WiFi.

Pros: The beds are comfortable. The aircon is cold and Wi-Fi works perfectly for me. The staff are friendly especially the bellboys who are always polite and welcoming you with smiles.

Cons: Perhaps due to an old building, the water discharge pipe in my bathroom has a blockage on my last night. My brother's room has no issue on this though. So it could be a one time, individual room issue.

Overall still enjoyed my stay. Will be back soon, hopefully all renovation done.

Pros: I was glad and happy for your rooms are finally renovated thruout the years, Been supporting CMYK since your opening nearly every year. Love the new set up of room and FINALLY have hot water for your taps (Used to have heater issue for most of my previous trip here) Staff wise, still the same as always, helpful with smile =)

Cons: Quite disappointed your restaurant was under renovation this round and no alternative for breakfast. Very disappointed with the renovation beside the hotel (Just right outside my toilet window), Too noisy for me to rest if i was going for natural wake up late. I need late check out, but wasn't offered for free or lower rate as i'm your regular customer. Somehow disappointed on this. Disappointed on the water pressure for your shower, need better water pressure. CMYK used to sell ice-cream at ground level, always bought some for friends and CMYK staffs, maybe should bring this back. =) Nearby hotel area now became like little Chinatown, don't really like it. But this cant be helped by CMYK too. =)

Pros: Bardzo blisko znajduje się linia metra • Bardzo uprzejmy personel • Wokół znajduje się sporo restauracji • Bezpłatna woda w barku

Cons: Niskiej jakości śniadania • Na wieszaku znajdował się tyko jeden wieszak

ดีมากก ๆ ว่าที่คิดไว้

Pros: ได้อัพเกรดห้องด้วยในราคาเท่าเดิม ที่พักเดินไม่ใกล้จากรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน มีร้านอาหาร ร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่ไม่ใกล้ด้วย แถบบางร้านเปิด 24 ชั่วโมง เรียกว่าอุดมสมบูรณ์มาก

Cons: ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียงเท่าไหร่ ได้ยินเสียงภายนอกเข้สมาดังมาก เลยทำให้ไม่ค่อยกล้าทำอะไรเสียงดัง
