For the price you can't complain

Pros: Second time booking at this hotel. The staff is always great and helpful

Cons: Wifi on the room did not work so I had to use the lobby wifi, which was basically not working. The cleanliness of the room was not good the floor was very dirty, and the showerhead was not great either. There was a wedding at the place which filled the hotel and it was very noisy with people everywhere.

Amazing value for money, really recommend

Pros: For the price I paid I can only say wow. Great value for the money.

Cons: I mean, again, for the price I paid, can’t complain about anything. It IS a bit off, but just check the map before. I needed to stay close to the airport and for me it was perfect. Probably would’ve chosen another hotel if I was going to enjoy central Bangkok for shopping etc.

Good quality hotel

Pros: Clean, spacious modern hotel, very good price in ideal location for airport (30 mins). Staff booked Uber to take us to the airport rather than use hotel transport. Close to plenty of restaurants, large shopping centre & night market.

Cons: Hotel car to airport cost 1500 baht which seemed expensive.

Pros: breakfast buffet was very good, only 200 bt or sometimes included in the room price. Hotel located approx 500 meters from Seacon shopping mall. Streetfood available around the corner, so as the 7-eleven

Pros: The hotel was very new and clean. The spa was really good. The room size was good. The location was close to the Airport and Train Market and around 30 mins to Sukhumvit area. Great value for money

Cons: The breakfast was very average, I could hardly find few things to eat. Air ventilation was do bad, no aircon in the hallways and you get only 1 key so when you leave the room, the aircon stops. Our family had allergy due to air ventilation. The shuttle to the night market was good but we waited 25 minutes for the shuttle. The food and coffee were very expensive at the hotel ( same prices with Australia).

Professional & Helpful Staff. Spacious & Clean Room. Great Location.

Pros: Been a regular visitor to this hotel. The staffs are professional and helpful as always. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is even a free shuttle service to the nearby train station and mall. There is also a newly opened massage shop within the hotel providing good massage service and experience.

Cons: Surprisingly the WiFi within building B was much poorer than my last visit previously. If the hotel could improve in this WiFi aspect, it would be a perfect staying experience.
