Great hospitality!

Pros: - The staff was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. - The bedroom was very comfortable and extremely clean. - Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection including Thai food, European brunch options and fresh fruits. - The gym is excellent, with great equipment as well as fresh water and towels available. - The pool area was also very pleasant. - The location is convenient while still being in a quiet area. - The hotel looks very new and the design is beautiful, which adds to the premium experience Thank you for this great experience!

Cons: - Our only suggestion would be for the staff to provide a small guide with their top recommendations for restaurants and activities to help guests when they arrive.

Pros: We loved absolutely everything, the delicious breakfast, spacious and very clean room, shuttle service and the super friendly staff.

Amazing stay, best hotel in Bangkok!!

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, well positioned, the staff is incredibly polite and assertive. Breakfast has a good offer and there is complementary tuck tuck to the Grand Palace and other places. We could have not asked for a better place. We wanted to stay longer but unfortunately was fully booked. We will miss this place.

First time in Bangkok and made my arrival very comfortable and easy after delayed flights.

Pros: I loved the location, it is a lovely oasis in what feels like a real neighbourhood of Bangkok. There are two boat stations within a 15 minute walk which is a great way to get around the city and to the major sights. And some lovely markets and streets within a walk away. I loved the breakfast area, the pool, the hotel lobby is lovely, and my room was quiet, the bed very comfortable. Staff was always very helpful with any enquiry. There are two 7/11-s within minutes for essentials. Would chose to stay here again.

Cons: I had a problem with a bathrooom light that was not possible to turn off and kept whole room light during the night. I was told it will be fixed, but never was, and as I was told I had to keep switching the fuse on and off based on if I wanted hot water or the light off (as these were on same fuse). This felt like a bit of a health and safety issue but didn’t put a damper on my stay though.

Great hospitality, fantastic location in Old Bangkok

Pros: Location was central to Old Bangkok, no BTS nearby but plenty of Grab to get to you and go to places. Lots of local restaurants here, and much cheaper than the tourist spots. I loved the hospitality of the staff, nothing is too much. They really do deserve a special mention. Freshly cooked breakfast along with some buffet selection. Gym was sufficient for a workout before breakfast (treadmill, dumbell set, smiths machine, lat pulldown and row, legs extension and curls). Pool was lovely and got the sun all day. The room itself was furnished modern. Minibar was free which was a lovely surprise. The cab price to airport from the hotel were also competitive to what Uber was providing. All in all will be happy to book this place again.

Cons: The walls were thin which the hotel could do something about, but doesnt detract from all the positive points of this place, but more importantly, common sense by others staying in the hotel were severely lacking. To idiots coming back late at night (tourists who stayed here on 24th and 25th Jan 2026, I'm looking at you), please for the love of everything Holy, use your inside voices! I do NOT need to hear your full blown conversation at 3 am after your 'vibes visit' to Khao San road. Eejits. May this serve as a warning to other future visitors to this lovely hotel.

Pros: Everything is clean and the staff were very accommodating during our whole staff there going above and beyond. I definitely recommend this stay to anyone.

New hotel with modern and comfortable rooms and facilities and lovely service with a smile.

Pros: Beautiful modern and new accommodation. Comfortable and clean bedrooms, living space and bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Free tuktuk service which we used once, set local destinations.

Cons: Nice breakfast, you could order from a set menu but after 3 nights the options seemed limited.
