Pros: Excellent location, very clean and beautiful. They made it special by giving my husband a birthday cake and a birthday message in the room. The staff were very helpful always offering to help or direct us if needed. Outside of the hotel we got slightly lost and a staff member from the hotel, Kur Poy recognised us and was really helpful, getting us a TukTuk and telling us great places to go which we did and picked up some lovely clothes and Jewellry. Exceptional service all around even outside the hotel!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: What a nice hotel. Particularly the cleanliness of communal areas and the very attentive staff. It’s a big hotel but didn’t ever feel too busy. As a family of four we most enjoyed the pool area, breakfast the shuttle boat and the general decor. The busiest was the pool area and peak time but the staff would always try and help you find a spot and get you into lounge chairs as soon as possible.

Cons: We liked everything. My only comment would be on the prices of food and drink relative for Thailand. However it’s the price you pay for the luxurious surroundings.

Pros: Loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel, great food and fantastic staff.

Cons: If I’m being harsh it’s a little out of the way for old town and other sites but seeing as taxis were only £4 at most to get around it didn’t bother us at all.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay for my family

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Great quality of restaurants. Pool area and free river boat. High quality spa & wellness treatments

Cons: U need a cab to get to main spots as in the vicinity, there is not much of interest. But u are connected to the main river with ferries and with the use of the app Grab its not an issue

Ok for the position, but not real luxury despite the price

Pros: Great place with excellent service, a pity it's become overcrowded, the pool in the garden is too small

Cons: Couldn't have a garder view room as requested, the 5 star feeling is not there anymore, jacuzzi not working, too many people

A great base for a bangkok stay in luxury

Pros: Helpful staff. Our room was well.proportioned and appointed. The pool was lovely eith staff to find sun loungers and towels for us. The longhair bar and restaurant was excellent value with great views

Cons: While we loved getting the boat into town it did add time to your sightseeing day. The buffet was overpriced we felt.

Cons: A little further out of town but the free boat is a great way to explore Bangkok
