Great location on a quiet street neer busy Kho San Road. Clean, family friendly and very helpfull staff!

My 3rd stay at Orchid over past few years. Great value, great location.

Pros: Lovely place with big rooms. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Location is a 5 min walk to Koasan Rd and easy access to other areas. The area is quiet but easy walking to shops, 7-11 and restaurants.

Cons: Only issue would be the TV is very badly tuned with a snowy picture on all channels. Wi-Fi ok but not the greatest especially at busy times of the day.

Pros: Only approx 11 minutes from Kho San Road in a reasonably quiet area. Location to less tourist frequented areas was at the end of the road and across the main road, 5 minutes walk to the many side streets. Customer response to my queries were answered very quickly before arrival, extremely helpful administration. Complimentary water in fridge and shampoo and other bathroom toiletries.

Cons: We stayed 4 nights, no water top up daily, water only provided if you left empty bottles outside your door. Same with toiletries and changing for bathroom towels.

Great value in an amazing location.

Pros: Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Location is amazing, very close to the centre and accessible via Grab or walking. Staff were very friendly.

Cons: There is no door between the bathroom and bedroom (only a glass door), which is a bit awkward.

Friendly, comfortable and great value for money

Pros: Excellent location. Friendly, informative staff. The comfiest beds I have ever slept on! Very quiet at night but close to restaurants and bars. Large room. Our room had no window but that did not bother us as not in the room during the day. This was our third stay at the property, and we will definitely stay again when we return to Bangkok.

Pros: I liked the location, the staff was very friendly, the room has good space, it has a functional air conditioner, and the bed is comfortable.

Cons: For the price, it’s honestly very good. There are just a few things that could be improved: there’s no elevator and the stairs are a bit narrow, which makes carrying luggage difficult; the internet speed; and separating the shower and the toilet in the bathroom.
