總體來說還不錯，周遭生活機能好，一些住宿小問題不影響使用

Pros: ✔離捷運站、超市不遠，地點算不錯 ✔空間大、裝潢溫馨舒適 ✔每層樓皆有廁所 ✔一樓二樓都有客廳及電視 ✔房東回覆速度很快

Cons: 二樓不知道是浴室還是洗手台的問題，會一直漏水導致地板積水濕滑，穿室內拖有滑到的風險，這幾天有在二樓用水後都會拿一樓廁所的拖把再拖一下（補充：二樓浴室沒有放洗髮精及沐浴乳，三樓、四樓有）二、三樓浴室窗戶簾子關上之後還是有縫隙，洗澡的時候會有一點疑慮四樓浴室雖有按摩浴缸，但噴嘴好像壞掉沒辦法使用，有點可惜（還是是我不會用?_?）頂樓陽台的部分，樓梯很陡峭，這幾天下雨過後走蠻危險的，另外，有下過雨的話，陽台椅子會濕，就滿不適合坐在那邊聚會的
