Pros: The apartment was large with two bathrooms, but no bathtub. The apartment was well-insulated; no noise from neighbors could be heard.
Cons: The very hard bed wasn't good for me. I had back pain. The air conditioning unit in the rooms is directly opposite the bed. The air conditioning blows directly in my face.

Pros: Nice spacious appartement, with nice bed, great shower and kitchen to cook some meals. Had a magnificent view, all over Bangkok from my balcony on the 10th floor, which I enjoyed really much. Very friendly cleaning lady who was very flexible to come back at other timeframes. With good wifi and a large desk I could work remote easily. Very friendly and helpful personnel in general. The building is situated on a very central location with EM-Sphere food hall and supermarket and MAKRO supermarket around the corner.
Cons: The kitchen could have been a bit more extensively equipped. There were only some small pans, and I missed having a larger pot to prepare my meals. After asking, they were kind enough to provide an additional small pan, which helped. A large soup bowl or a few more basic items would also have been useful. The fitness room could be improved as well, for example by adding a few more yoga mats and a multi-functional cable machine that allows training for both arms and legs.

5 STAR. We Highly Recommend GM Serviced Apartments
Pros: We rented the 2 bed room apartment. Size is enormous. We absolutely loved the size, the comfort and cleanliness. All the staff were great. No complaints. We and our extended family will be back, guaranteed
Cons: The shower in the master suitewas smaller then the 2nd bathroom but that is because thereisalso a bath in the master suite bathroom.

Well maintained and Clean apartment with good location
Pros: Initially I got mixed feeling about the apartment due to the past reviews as some was quite bad but upon staying I think the apartment was clean n very well located near terminal 21. One of the lady at counter was pretty nice and accommodating. The hot water in the shower works well too and apartment is pretty well maintained.
Cons: The washer dryer is a bit old n used but it's still ok to use just try not to wash white clothes. The kitchen sink has no hot water but it's fine as weather is hot .

Pros: Place was fantastic, well situated and a lovely room
Cons: We booked for our little family and then got charged $30 per night for an extra bed for our little 6yr old girl. When I questioned this they said it was because we were in a Deluxe room or something and I said that they put us in there when I showed them the booking initially.. There should already have been a bed in there for our little girl. I was clear in the booking.

Pros: The windows opened, so we could sleep in fresh air. Washing facilities available. Everything you would need in the kitchen.
Cons: Having laundry soap available would be a plus. I left some for the next guests.

over all a nice stay for four nights ,was very close to my conference hotel Marriot marquis ,
Pros: spick and span clean apartment,Very close to all action packed city, but very quite when in appartment.
Cons: Flexibility in check-in times if guest have already informed the property. They charge very heavily for duplicate key card (500 TB) didn't like this system at all.
