Pros: Everything was very good overall, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist, who made our stay pleasant. However, one small issue was the bed size. The listing mentioned that the room can accommodate three people (two adults and a child), but the bed was much smaller than we expected. Because of this, my husband often had to sleep on the couch. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service from the staff.

Good option inside city
Pros: Excellent location with easy access to the BTS, MRT, and nearby shops like 7-Eleven. The staff were very friendly and responded promptly to our requests. The room was clean, and the kitchenette was well-equipped for quick meal preparation. There is also Swimming pool, gym, laundry (extra charge) and option to store luggage after checkout.
Cons: The following areas could use some improvement, and addressing them would easily make this property a perfect 10: 1. **Sound-proofing:** The staff responded promptly when we reported road noise and added some soundproofing material to the windows, which helped. However, additional improvement in this area would make a noticeable difference. 2. **Television:** The TV signal quality was poor, and there was no option to connect it to the internet for streaming apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, or YouTube. The limited set of channels frequently lost signal, making the TV practically unusable. Adding internet connectivity would be an easy fix. 3. **Bed size:** The bed is quite small for tall adults. Either increasing the bed size or providing a sofa bed as an alternative would make the stay more comfortable. 4. **Air conditioning noise:** The AC units in both rooms were somewhat noisy, possibly due to a need for cleaning. It wasn’t a major issue for us since we mostly used them at low speed.

Great three night stay for shopping and busy area of Sukhumvit for nightlife and socialising.
Pros: All good .....a newer Citadines so very clean and perfect size ,comfy bed etc Location absolutely perfect for MTS and Terminal 21 Mall.Lots of restaurants and bars close by.Just slightly off the main drag so not too noisy at all. Reasonable price for the room and as good as the photo suggested which many times in different hotels is dissappointing.Foodland store 50 metres further down for a good late breakfast or shopping for milk soft drinks etc.Will definitely stay here again.
Cons: Nothing ...maybe discounts for repeat customers would ensure repeat bookings.

Pros: Location was excellent - close to BTS Asok & Terminal 21 malls, everything we needed was 5 mins away. 7-11 just in front! But what will make me return is the lovely staff who were super efficient and super friendly. Thank you to Jaajaa who was an absolute superstar! The in room massage was really excellent and so convenient and affordable. I used the pool and gym looked great too. Small but functional. I had the pool to myself and was so peaceful on the rooftop. Also really lovely touches like free coffee machine, water and drinks at reception, lovely and welcoming reception area with books. Loved it!
