Very good hotel, we would definitely return.

Pros: The staff were very kind and attentive. The room was very spacious, we were surprised. It was clean.

Cons: The bathroom is very small, especially the shower stall. It was very difficult to get out without getting the floor outside wet.

Super clean, wonderful hosts and very close to everything.

Pros: Very close to everything! Just next door to IconSiam and BTS stations. The two hosts are extremely genial and helpful. I had messed up my booking so they shouted me a breakfast at a lovely place down the road. Scrupulously clean, I really enjoyed my short stay there.

Cons: Nothing, it was great.

The location is great, convenient and easy to get around, making it an excellent choice for both short and longer stays. Pros: The room was very comfortable, aesthetic, and everything looked brand new. The location is excellent just a 3-minute walk from Iconsiam Mall and the area is very quiet. The owners, Nick and his partner, and the rest if the staff are incredibly friendly and always made sure we were enjoying our stay. We can’t recommend them enough. Truly one of the most comfortable boutique hotels we’ve stayed at in Bangkok.

Cons: I got a room on the first floor with a window overlooking the fence. But they had some beautiful potted flowers there.
