Comunication with the clients can improve but the room is exsctly what is offered (Not the same as the pictures given it

Pros: Read first the bad things. Functional room: comfy bed with AC and bathroom utilities. I’ve seen hostels offering beds for the same price, so we could say this is a nice deal, specially if you are a couple. In addition, when I arrived to Bangkok, outside of office hours, they still responded to their whatsapp.

Cons: As soon as I reserved I got a message saying there was a overbooking error and I could receive a refund or be rebooked to “The Hidden Sao Chingcha”. I accepted the change but there was no reply in that regard. The day before check-in, I asked about it via their whatsapp number and I was directed to the original hotel. When I arrived, the self check-in machine wasn’t working and had to contact them. Then they redirected me to the new hotel. There, the housekeeper helped me with the key and everything went smooth from there.

This place has an amazing location — just a short walk from the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew, two of Bangkok’s most iconic landmarks. It’s perfect for anyone wanting to explore the city’s rich history and culture. The area is also packed with delicious street food and local eateries, so you’ll never go hungry. Highly recommended for culture lovers and foodies alike!

Wirklich gute und solide Unterkunft!

Pros: Wir waren direkt überrascht davon, wie solide und gut dieses wirklich sehr günstige Zimmer war! Es war sehr sauber und das Bett war wirklich bequem. Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben richtig gut gerochen! Für unter 12€ pro Person pro Nacht wirklich toll, wenn man ohnehin viel auswärts unterwegs ist und den Raum nur zum Schlafen nützt. Wir waren begeistert.

Cons: Das Haus ist hellhörig und der Straßenlärm kommt manchmal stark ins Zimmer, aber mit Ohrenstöpseln hatten wir eine perfekte, ruhige Nacht. 2 Sterne habe ich deswegen abgezogen, und weil die Ausstattung für meinen Geschmack ein wenig zu minimalistisch war. Ein paar mehr nützliche Details und es wäre wirklich ein tolles Zimmer!
