Really wonderful experience with very nice and cooperative nad helpful staff

Pros: The receptionist speaks very good English and very helpful . She helped us a lot in travelling around bangkok by BTS and metro . She has detailed info regarding BTS and metro , where to go , how to go and what to buy where , every details .
