Good but the information of the ad need to be corrected

Pros: The restaurant service open till late night, and the position very convinient!

Cons: In the booking ad is mention that the room has balcony, but is not true, also is not a 5 star, is a 4 star.

Pros: Staff were friendly, room was very nice, great value, clean and comfy.

Cons: The access to the property was a little tricky via public transport with luggage. They do offer a free shuttle service to the nearest station however when we arrived we did not know this and had to pull our cases down a very busy road with no pavements.

Great location & great room!

Pros: It was our final stay after travelling Thailand for 6 weeks so it was nice to have a nice hotel. Our room was a great size, bed was huge & super comfy, bathroom was lovely too. A really nice room. Such a good location with the BTS down the road too.

Cons: Nothing.

Great first experience of Thailand & more than happy that we chose this hotel as our first port of call!

Pros: Staff are amazing & so friendly, commented on personal interests such as football teams from seeing t-shirts etc. The room was extremely spacious & the bed was huge and comfortable. Shower pressure is good. Can choose to get your room made up & they refresh the free bottles of water each time etc. Breakfast buffet has a lot of selection and is very good quality.

Cons: Honestly I enjoyed everything, if I HAD to pick something then the pool is not huge but this wasn’t an issue as it was never busy and was lovely temperature etc.

Room was absolutely fantastic — spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

Pros: Oakwood Studios — I booked this for one night due to a flight delay, so my stay was short. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room was absolutely awesome: big, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Based on that experience, I’d definitely return for a longer stay.
