Pros: Very spacious living area, monster master bedroom. Very accessible, within a 5 minute walk of the Sky Train. Overall a great place with most helpful staff. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Pros: That it was easy to get places, staffs were lovely. Will stay again

Cons: There were fire alarm go off cause one of customers smoking in the room. The noise was so loud it last 20 minutes ( the security guy didn’t know how to turn it off ) and the fire exist was so dark and very small soon we gotta to the bottom , there’s was an old chest drawer and 2 broken washing machine was right in front of the door , hard to get out ! Very dangerous unsafe. Other then that everything was lovely

Pros: Staff, especially the receptionist girl- never seen such a proactive, enthusiastic and cheerful receptionist. Spotless clean, it has everything you can think of.

Cons: Location is actually good, but no convenient store or restaurant near by.

Large confortable stay for a group

Pros: Very big space. Can accomodate 7 people easily. It was cleaned everyday, Free water was replenished daily. Free Tuktuk service to BTS station Thonglo on the Sukhumvhit line but it is also an easy walk to the station. Many great breakfast places and restos nearby. Staff were excellent even helping us order a birthday cake. Kitchen is fully equipped. 3 T and B which is very convenient.

Cons: These are suggestions, and not complaints. Nothing major. Great to have a 24 hr food delivery however difficult to order so maybe give another app like whatsapp to order. A ramp for baggage would be helpful. It would also be glod to have a Tuktuk available for hire to go to nearby places.

Pros: friendly staffs, including the house keeper nearby few cafes and restaurants, with yummy bread, coffee and food about 5 mins walk to BTS station (shuttle to send you from 9am-6pm)
