Great location and amazing host. Went out of her way to communicate and help us in every way.

Pros: Great location, great host. Very busy street, walkable, shops and food everywhere, 7-11 downstairs. Lots of free water and other amenities. Very clean, great AC. Multiple keyfobs available. Can walk to the airport train station, but a bit difficult if carrying luggage.

Cons: Laundry is a service provided by the host, which is convenient. But I was not aware of this from the listing and assumed I could do it myself. Sink clogged a bit. Shower was a bit hard to position without it falling.

good value and good stay

Pros: this is our 2nd stay with penny, this time we bring our moms here.. we like about this place is because very convenience to shopping mall and the pratunam market ,there is a 7-11 just below our stay.. alot of food market too,and our host penny are super friendly.. she make sure we have a good stay and enough mineral water to drink.. she even asked if we need anything and will ask her staff to collect the trash from our room.. super recommended, the room are clean… will defenietly back to stay again when we visit bangkok.. ❤️
