Cons: Tjere was no lift & as we both have mobility problems & had a room on tje yop fpoor (3rd) it wad a struggle even though the staff carried our bags up

If you want to visit Chinatown area it's a great choice.

Pros: Room was nice, well located 5 mind walk to Chinatown and Talat Noi. Very close to Hualampnong station, where you can take the train to Makkasan and then to the airport, avoiding expensive taxis.

Cons: Even if my room was located on the highest floor, there was a lot of noise coming from the street. It's Bangkok, I know. Shower wasn't working at it's best.

Pros: *Good sized room (single bed) *Strong, effective air conditioning *Strong water pressure *Quiet (couldn't hear roosters) *Bed comfortable (not too hard or soft) *Location - despite the reduction in operating trains from Wualamphong Station,, it is still closed to Chinatown as well as MRT subway. *The guesthouse is associated with the excellent 511Cafe, and as such the owners/hosts provide breakfast and lunches, beer Thai tea etc. Reception closed at about 5 pm and guests are able to dine at 511. * Hosts are very welcoming and the staff dedicated * Relatively affordable for central Bangkok

Cons: *Stairway access is very steep and tight (no problem for me but easier for those with light bodies and light luggage.

Great value, location and space!

Pros: Great space and location! Lovely personalised service. It is true that the AC takes a while to cool down, but you can also open windows, which is a yay for me! I'll stay there again!

Cons: The bathroom could do with some extra towel hangers and places to put toiletries, as well as shower curtain. Also, better communication with staff.

Great value for money

Pros: We booked this property to be near the train station but it turned out to be a good choice as it’s close to Chinatown and also the stations means you can easily travel from here. Room was clean and a good size and good value .

Cons: It’s on a big road junction so can be noisy but they provide ear plugs.

Charming Little Bed and Breakfast

Pros: Location is right by the Bangkok Railways station. Every night there's a light show at the station with a big inflatable Moo Deng balloon on top. It's quite a site to see. The hotel is more of a bed and breakfast with a cafe at the ground floor. Staff was very helpful. Helped me with my very heavy suitcase as there is no lift. Room was very comfortable though the AC unit is a bit slow to cool the room. Good sized room, comfy bed. Great location. Chinatown is walkable. There is a 7-11 nearby and some good local restaurants as well.

Cons: AC unit took some time to cool the room.

Cute little boutique hotel.

Pros: It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the renovation inside is pretty cool. The room was very sweet. The linen was really comfortable, and the mattress was firm. Plenty of room and tastefully decorated, pretty good value.

Cons: The shower was a bit janky, and there was no hot water. Also the toilet seat was broken.
