Excellent

Pros: Wonderful host, excellent location, clean spacious room fully equipped, even whith pyjamas and toiletries! Fresh, homemade breakfast with fresh fruit and desert, no reason to hesitate. ;)

Pros: A truly original hotel with an inspiring atmosphere and friendly staff. The Thai breakfast was beautifully presented and a delightful way to start each day. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Great location and caring friendly owners.

Pros: Mr Mos and the team (including the cats!) were great. The property is ideally situated to explore Chinatown and the riverside area. Our room was spacious and spotless. Good air con and the balcony was lovely. The top floors might not be good for those with limited mobility due to steep narrow stairs but this didn’t impact our visit.

AMAZING STAY!!

Pros: I had a lovely stay! Great location, next to talat noi (supercute area), chinatown and close to the MRT and skytrain. The host is super super kind!! I got a free upgrade to a huge room and you get a different thai style big breakfast each morning which was very tasty. Really felt at home and would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Quaint Thai home with homely touches. Warm welcome on arrival. Bed comfort OK. Centrally located.

Cons: Rooms quite small, accessible up a steep, narrow set of staircases - would be a significant issue for anyone with mobility issues or heavy bag. We had a number of rooms, all suffered significantly from road noise, particularly the one at the front of the building - if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs! Breakfast fixed daily with no choice - ours was a soup. We've stayed in Bangkok a few times and price was on the higher side for accommodation of this type.

Wonderful place to stay in Bangkok

Pros: What a gem! This B&B is located in a wonderfully calm and relaxed part of Bangkok, offering a perfect escape from the city’s hustle. The manager is incredibly welcoming and attentive, making you feel at home from the very first moment. The place truly has a soul — beautifully decorated, full of character, and giving you a real sense of Thailand rather than a generic hotel experience. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, freshly prepared and served with the warmth and care of a homemade meal. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
