A perfect break away from busy Bangkok, but close enough to access tourist sites and restaurants. The hosts were extreme

Pros: A quirky location away from the busy tourist sites, but within a reachable distance on foot or taxi. Very quiet location in the host’s garden right next to the canal.

Beautiful and peaceful stay

Pros: The breakfast provided every morning by the host was so thoughtfully put together and the back garden was a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy a coffee. The host was also helpful in showing us nearby attractions and food spots. Wat Arun is a ten minute walk away and from there you can take a quick boat ride to get to the other side of the river!

Exceptional stay with an incredible host – highly recommended!

Pros: An incredible place to stay, a mini loft lodge full of character and beautifully quirky, set right by the canal. Non touristy and safe. Walking distance to Wat Arun Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Our second visit. The host was again exceptional — delicious breakfasts, great local recommendations, and help with transfers made everything effortless. We’re so glad we found KINN Stay50 and would absolutely stay again and recommend it to friends.

Pros: A cozy, historic house in a garden by a canal near Wat Arun. It was quiet at night as no canal boats passed by. A lovely lady welcomed us. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and even helped us arrange airport pickup and a one-day tour. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location is very convenient, close to many attractions. Highly recommended

Comfy and great place to take a good-peaceful rest.

Pros: Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days of graduation preparation it was a tiring days but this place cleanse away all of our fatigue. we can have a peaceful sleep in the quite environment and wake up to have a good breakfast enjoy the garden and owner took care of us so great.

Pros: The room was well equipped, in a nice courtyard and has a lovely feel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The instructions for how to find the accommodation are very detailed and useful.

Cons: The metro station is further away than I would guess from looking at a map.

I think it is not easy to find a better immersive and suggestive way to start to discovering this wonderful city.

Pros: It’s in a beautiful villa perfectly organized by the host, in a quartier that is close to the old center of Bangkok. I felt very authentic impressions of the communities living there.

Cons: The lack of a signal of the hotel at the beginning of the alley (the host said they are waiting for the permission).

A good place to sleep and it's nice to wake up in a well-kept garden where morning coffee

Pros: Great breakfast, perfect service from the owner, charming place with well-kept decor details finding the house wasn't easy, but it was worth getting there

Cons: Even the taxi driver had trouble finding the address A small sign with directions to the house would be useful
