Pros: It was spacious, bathroom nice, bed was comfortable, air condition, water pressure and temp of shower good.

Cons: Didn't like the smoking in the restaurant. Internet was a little spotty but not enough to worry about unless you were trying to work remotely

Pros: Overall, a very good place to stay. The room is not large, but it is cozy and clean, and it has a window :) The bathroom is really big and has all the amenities. For this price, it's a great option. It really exceeded our expectations!

Cons: 1. Overall, it was quiet, but in our room, right outside the window, there is a ventilation exhaust fan from the restaurant below, which runs non-stop from 8 a.m. to 12 midnight. It's not super noisy, but it's quite noisy if you like complete silence. 2. In the morning we wanted to extend our stay. I went downstairs, where only the restaurant staff were present. The issue of extending our stay took a long time to resolve with the help of Google Translate. After about 30-40 minutes, I spoke to the owner on the phone, and she asked for 900 baht for the extension, even though we had paid 728 baht for the first night on the app. When I checked the app, the hotel was fully booked, even though the staff and owner assured us that we could stay, but for 900 baht. We couldn't find a solution. It was a bit strange, and we had to pack up quickly because we lost a lot of time on this (almost an hour).

Really good, value for money for sure and such a friendly and welcoming staff.

Pros: Amazing, the staff was literally 10/10. Nothing to complain about at all. The two girls in the morning was so sweet and the gentlemen and owner in the evening simply provided such a welcoming atmosphere.
