Comfortable , well located , great value for money stay in Bangkok.

Pros: How clean it was , the bed was also very comfy. Had all the facilities you could ask for.

Pros: Very nice apartment, quite large and spacious, and offered at a very good price. The best part of the place is definitely the bed — I had an amazing night’s sleep and the mattress quality is excellent. The apartment has many amenities and we didn’t miss anything. There is also a kitchen on the ground floor, which is very convenient if you want to prepare something quick. The lady who is on site does not speak English, so we couldn’t really communicate, but she seems very kind and polite. The apartment is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood and in a good location overall.

Cons: Although two contact phone numbers are provided in case you need anything, my communication with them was not good at all. The main issue for me was that I sent a request before my arrival and it was completely ignored I never received a reply, even after I checked out. They did send me instructions on how to enter the apartment and general information about the property, but that was all. This lack of response was the most disappointing part of my stay and significantly affected my overall satisfaction, as I was hoping they would assist me. Another negative point is the bathroom ventilation system. The air duct leads outside the bathroom to an open ceiling with louvers, so you can clearly hear and literally see people staying in the apartment above. This definitely needs a different solution. Finally, we stayed on the first floor, which is the only floor without a balcony. There is an outdoor space where you can step out to sit or smoke and probably adding a couple of poufs and a small table, so guests can use it comfortably would help a lot.

Pros: Beautiful townhouse in a nice area of the town. Easy self check in. Nice room design.

Cons: No soundproof at all: when a garbage truck arrives at night you can feel the whole room vibrating.

Pros: Nice location and very cosy room with spacious bathroom and cute little balcony

Cons: Can get bit noisy from street outside but host provides ear plugs

Pros: Very nice apartment with a lot of space. In the night it was very quiet. The owners were very responsive and answered always fast. Definitely recommend this place.

Very good location & value for your money honestly

Pros: It was private, meaning you have your own floor all to yourself. The location could not have been better because the MRT can take you both ways to all the places. There were multiple 7/11 just a few steps away. The Lumphini park so closeby. Plus there was a mall in basically every stop of the MRT if you go towards Chinatown & Old town. I mean this place is a gem! The staff was such a sweet and fun person. The room has all you need & the view from the balcony was great. The bed was big and comfy. I’d say very good value for your money & I would love to stay here again.

Lovely

Pros: The staff was very friendly. They let us check in earlier which was really convenient. They let some bottles of water as courtesy.

Cons: Due to some heavy rain, there was a small leak in a certain part of the corridor. A very small problem compared to all the positive things.

Pros: I urgently needed a room and I wrote to them an hour before check-in. They quickly organized everything and checked me in. It was a wonderful experience, thank you!

Pros: Wonderful design, nice smell, comfortable placement, nice balcony and very comfortable bad! Really love it!

Baan nuit felt like home!

Pros: Baan nuit really felt like home. We spent 8 lovely nights there. Very clean, very comfortable and the staff always there to help. One of the best stays ever had!
