Beautiful!

Pros: Our stay with Veena was absolutely perfect. We received a warm greeting and welcome drinks on arrival, our room was provided with complimentary drinks and snacks which demonstrated excellent hospitality! Having breakfast by the canal was lovely, and mosquito spray was provided! The accommodation is stunning and being surrounded by bird song in the morning added to the already calm atmosphere. Wish we could have stayed for longer and would definitely recommend booking a stay here! Thank you!

Splendid house in the heart of BKK

Pros: Out stay at Neil Niwas was one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand. The house has a unique charm, rooms are beautiful and comfortable and breakfast was delicious and served in their beautiful patio by the canals. Amazing.

Pros: It was an amazing experience. The whole staff is super nice. The place itself is beautiful and feels like it has soul. The breakfast was a totally separate experience with amazing food and scenery. This place is like a garden oasis in the middle of big city.

Cons: The walls are not super sound proof and you can hear people walking but it didnt really bother me.

Pros: Located just a stone throw from Wat Arun, this beautiful property sits in the quite surroundings. Gorgeous colonial style house with only 4 rooms does make you feel like being at home. The staff is so sweet, serving delicious breakfast, Rina organised us a boat trip and gave lots of tips. Wonderful stay in Bangkok!

Pros: A beautiful and unique historical property. The small number of rooms allowed for a personal level of service. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the canal was a highlight. The property offered seclusion and was slightly off the beaten track, but still very accessible to the heart of Bangkok.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at neil niwas! This is our fourth time in Bangkok, and it's now our favorite place to stay in the city – we'll definitely be back. Housed in the most beautiful colonial Thai house, the property is absolutely stunning. With only four rooms, it feels wonderfully cozy and authentic. The location is also perfect, just a short walk from Wat Arun. Breakfast really exceeded our expectations. Not only was it delicious, but it was beautifully presented and served on the patio overlooking a small canal. We loved watching the city wake up, and the longtail boats pass by – the perfect start to our days in Bangkok.

Pros: A true sanctuary in the middle of busy Bangkok. The place itself is beautiful with a lush fruit tree garden leading to a deck on quiet canal. The room (Owl room) and bathroom were comfortable and luxurious and the breakfast (served on the canal bank) was superb! Highly recommended! We'll be back!

Historical gem in the heart of Siam's old capital

Pros: Beautiful period house tucked into the old historical capital of Siam. The owner gave us an in-depth history of the incredible story of this property that has been beautifully redeveloped with a sharp architectural eye. A fantastic stay away from the over developed and commercial hotels north of the river.
