Pros: Reasonably spacious room, fairly quiet, good aircon, slippers, flipflops, sarongs and gowns provided.

Cons: Balcony wasn't really usable, mostly taken up with Aircon unit. Fridge not cold.

Pros: Service was exceptional, with welcome drinks on arrival and bags carried from the door. The quality of the hotel was top class too. Breakfast was of a high standard, traditional Thai breakfast foods but options for toast and pastries for children too.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Staff were exceptional, really helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant for dinner was very good would recommend eating there.

Cons: No wardrobe in the room just a hanging closet with 5 hangers.

Lovely hotel with welcoming staff, in a great location.

Pros: Convenient location, beautiful pool and gardens with mats provided to sit on the lawn. Great breakfast and dinner at restaurant. Very clean. The staff were very helpful.

Great modern hotel with a calm and quiet environment in the middle of Bangkok.

Pros: What we liked the most aobut the Pranakorn Heritage Hotel is that it had all the facilities you needed such as a swimming pool, bar and restaurant in a location that is calm and quiets, despite being located in the middle of Bangkok. Everything was also well maintained and the whole compound gave a fresh and modern vibe.

Cons: The only drawback we can think of is that the hotel is located quite far away from important places such as the temples, shopping malls and buzzling streets. Yes, it is still situated in the middle of Bangkok, but Bangkok is huge. For example: The closest main attraction, Khao San Road, is a 20 minute walk away so we always took a taxi to go places. Nevertheless, taxis are cheap here in Thailand and we never had to wait too long for one to come, except for during rush hours. I think this hotel will benefit a lot when the extension of the purple line metro is completed with the under construction 'Bang Khun Phrom' station being only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
