Pros: Lovely, helpful staff. Comfy beds, great location in Chinatown. Close to the stop for the river ferry which is so handy for getting around.

Great location and great views

Pros: Great location right outside the busy night markets and the Chinatown area. Great for cheap shopping and great food options. Good views of the city. 360 panorama view restaurant at the top. Functional gym as well.

Cons: Like any place in the Thailand a bit used, but unless you stay in a new western hotel that’s totally reasonable.

Perfect Chinatown location with spectacular rooftop views

Pros: This hotel has a perfect location right in the heart of Chinatown, directly on Yaowarat Road, which makes it ideal for exploring the area, street food, and local atmosphere. One of the highlights is the rotating sky bar on the 25th floor — a truly unique experience with spectacular panoramic views over Bangkok. There is also a bar on the 23rd floor, open-air, with a fantastic view, as well as a lovely pool where you can relax after a busy day in the city. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, the combination of location, views, and facilities made this hotel an excellent choice for our time in Bangkok.

Cons: Nothing significant to mention — everything met our expectations.

Overall good stay

Pros: Very Comfortable beds in the Junior Suite Good shower Not far from the pier for boats on the Chao Phraya For those who love Chinatown and the street bazar and food it is perfect location. The view from the skybar

Cons: The lobby and the shady people around there (bad luck?) The pool on the 23rd floor: very small and enclosed and full of fallen stuff and the staff was a bit short with my child and myself when we went there.

Great value hotel in the heart of Chinatown park

Pros: We stayed at the Grand China Bangkok on three separate occasions during our recent travels in Thailand and were very happy with the room and service we received. The room was clean and of a good size with a comfortable bed. Great views of the Bangkok city skyline from each of the rooms we stayed in. Perfect location in Chinatown and a short walk to the metro. Staff were efficient, helpful and polite. Excellent breakfast choice was provided. We will definitely return on future visits to Bangkok.

Cons: Ridiculously high price for laundry service !!!
