Pros: Amazing little gem right in the heart of Chinatown, 2 min walk from the main street in a quiet side alley. Staff went up and beyond to make it a perfect stay. Really felt like home away from home.

Beautiful hotel and location, but avoid the staff!

Pros: New awesome hotel in the center of Chinatown! Great big room!

Cons: I had booked and paid for myself and my two daughters, but when arrived the room was not prepared for three persons. I was asked by a rude non English speaking woman to pay an additional 1100 baht for an extra bed!?! At the end it got resolved but still not pleasant after a long journey and just wanting to enjoy the hotel and Bangkok.
