Good location for airport rail link, good breakfast, nice spacious room

Pros: Great stay, enjoyed the breakfast selection. Had a nice morning swim in the pool. We were able to arrange late checkout for our evening flight thanks to the helpful staff at reception - Alis, May and Donut - Thank you!

Perfect 2 days stay

Pros: We liked everything. The hotel is in a convenient location, you leave and soon you are in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. But you don't hear any city noise at night. We arrived from Suvarnabhumi Airport conveniently and quickly by sky train, 10-15 minutes walk to the hotel. The staff is professional, helpful, speaks good English. The room is great and spacious, the cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast is varied, very well organized and suitable for different tastes. Best hotel and location. Highly recommended.

Pros: Good location. Near the chid lom pier so we took the local boats a lot to get into the other areas. Less traffic than the busier areas. Took us 25 mins leaving at 715am to get to DMK airport. Great staff, very polite and helpful.

Cons: The only issue was the air conditioning. It was super cold in the room and we even put the heat on at 32 degrees Celsius and it was still freezing. The temperature gage that monitors in room temperature was off

Pros: our room was spacious and clean. the staff created a beautiful birthday surprise in our room. this hotel is very close to the major shopping malls. staff are nice and helpful. my family enjoyed our stay

Great stay

Pros: Location was great, food & markets on door step. Pool was lovely. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons: Lots of empty glasses and plates round the pool taking awhile to be cleared away. Due to size of hotel, we had to get in 2 different lifts to get to our room.
